Our company joined the initiative in October 2022 and began reporting in 2023.
The IFRS Foundation is an international organization that develops financial reporting standards (IFRS) for global transparency and comparability of data. In support of sustainable development, she created the IFRS Sustainability Alliance, which unites more than 400 organizations to help companies integrate ESG principles into reporting and management. By joining the Alliance in October 2024, our company gets access to the best practices, tools and resources, which allows us to improve our reputation and adapt to the requirements of regulators and investors.
In October 2024, the Council for Sustainable Development and ESG was established at the site of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which included more than 70 organizations from various industries, including government agencies, quasi-governmental organizations, banks, companies from the oil and gas and mining industries.
The main tasks of the Council include interaction with government agencies in terms of regulation, development of proposals for the implementation of ESG principles, information support for business and assistance in the implementation of sustainable projects. The members of the Council actively interact with the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the ARRFR, the MPR and the MNE, and also participate in the work of the working group on the development of a Roadmap for a Strategy to achieve low-carbon neutrality of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2060.

We became a member in 2024, joining a community of more than 800 companies. The AIFC Business Club was established in September 2024 at the MFC site. AIFC Business Club is a community that unites top managers, company owners, business leaders and investors. The Club provides a platform for sharing experiences, discussing important reforms and finding new opportunities for cooperation and business development at the local and international levels.
Astana Hub is the largest international technology park of IT startups in Central Asia, was opened on November 6, 2018. Astana Hub, the main state technopark of Kazakhstan, which creates fundamentally new opportunities for the development of IT business in the country. At the moment, the number of IT companies included in Astana Hub has reached 1,331, of which 372 are companies with foreign participation, and together more than 20 thousand people work in the ecosystem of the technopark. On August 17, 2022, the IT Expert Lab training Center became part of the Astana Hub community. The status of a participant means the opportunity to participate and hold events, round tables, forums on the basis of the Astana Hub.

IT CEO Club is the first Kazakhstani club of IT executives, uniting market leaders. The club unites like-minded market participants who contribute to the development of IT projects in Kazakhstan, as well as the growth of socially significant educational projects. The residents of the club are united by the principles of transparency, support for Kazakhstani IT education and sports. CEO CLUB has gathered more than 300 heads of Kazakhstani IT companies and is a platform for discussing strategic issues of the development of the IT industry. On December 21, 2023, GPI Group joined the IT CEO CLUB. The Managing Partner of Ghp Group, Rustam Yakupbayev, is a Member of the Board of the IT CEO CLUB, Chairman of the Committee on ESG and Education.
The non-profit organization Techno Women was established in May 2022 and is the first organization of women and already has more than 200 participants working in various technology industries: IT, digital, telecom, new media, Fintech, Edutech, Healthtech, Biotech, Ecotech, Nanotech, Robotics, space and other high-tech industries. The organization's activities are aimed at developing an international network of progressive women's communities in Central Asia that contribute to the transformation of society, the promotion of gender equality, fair competition, the use of advanced technologies, the development of digital culture and the upbringing of a highly educated, spiritually rich and socially responsible new generation. Since 2023, the company's experts (Yakupbaeva Yulia and Mustafina Aliya) have been part of the General leaders of the organization, actively participating in all TW events, contributing to the development of women's entrepreneurship and the formation of a new class of progressive women in Central Asia. Since 2024, the company's partner Yulia Yakupbaeva has been a member of the Board of Techno Women.
The National ESG Club was established within the framework of Astana Finance Days 2022 on July 28, 2022 and united the leaders of ESG transformation. Today, the Club includes more than 60 companies. The National ESG Club is an open platform for exchanging opinions, networking and tracking the best ESG practices. During the meetings, Club Members submit questions on ESG topics, their ideas and proposals, which are subsequently sent as recommendations of the Club to external stakeholders, to government agencies, to the Council at NCE Atameken. GPI is a co-founder of the National ESG Club.
The main tasks of GreenUrban include urban development, the introduction of green standards, the promotion of sustainable tourism and sports, the creation of a network of suppliers of environmentally friendly technologies, as well as the organization of educational events and the implementation of joint projects. The community, established in August 2022 as the ESG Club Committee, and with more than 60 members, is now being transformed into an association. Green Urban contributes to improving the quality of life in cities, promoting the concept of a "Smart City" and improving legislation in the field of sustainable development.
The Association of Independent Directors of Kazakhstan (Qazaq Independent Directors Association), founded in 2007, promotes the development of the institute of independent directors and the protection of shareholders' rights. By joining it in 2021, we joined a community of more than 350 members representing the interests of independent directors before government agencies and business organizations. The main activities include participation in working groups to introduce legislative changes, conducting educational events and providing legal advice to members of the association.
