GPI Company has successfully completed a project for GEDG on "Building and implementing a risk management system in the Company". The project covered the construction of the organizational structure of the risk management system (hereinafter - RMS), the development of internal regulatory documents of RMS, automation of business processes of risk management and training of key personnel.

As part of the project, the GPI Company team worked closely with GEDG employees and completed the following tasks between September 2016 and March 2017:
- Development of the target concept of the risk management system;
- Development and implementation of the main internal regulatory documents of the RMS (operational risks, compliance risks, information security and information technology risks, financial risks);
- Development of a methodology for assessing and managing identified risks on an individual basis, including a ready-made assessment tool;
- Training of key GEDG staff has been conducted;
- Together with GEDG employees, the first identification, assessment and risk management measures were carried out;
- A pilot project on automation of RMS has been implemented using the proprietary development of GPI Company "Risk Tracker".

GEDG highly appreciates the quality of work, professionalism and business qualities shown by GPI Company employees during the implementation of this project.
